SHIPPING

We charge a $2.00 flat rate for shipping on your first item. For orders of multiple items, we will weigh and charge EXACT shipping cost. Unfortunately, our store check out does not allow for flexibility in combining shipping. So please keep in mind that when you check out, you will be charged $2.00 shipping per item. HOWEVER, when assembling your order, we will issue a refund for the difference between what you paid and the actual shipping cost. The more you buy, the more you save on shipping, so SHOP AWAY!

All of our orders will be shipped in a timely manner. Most items will be shipped within 2 days of ordering, however, some items may require additional time due to custom making them for you, or because of extenuating circumstances. If there is a delay in processing or shipping your order, we will certainly notify you! Please let us know in your checkout notes if you are in a hurry and we will do our best to accomodate you.

If you would like to add shipping insurance, and/or purchase express shipping, please note this in your check out comments. A separate Paypal invoice will be sent to you for the additional shipping charges, and upon your approval and payment, we will ship according to your specifications. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We take pride in our attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship. If you have a concern regarding your item, please contact us.

PLEASE NOTE that crochet beanies will vary in color and fit. They are handmade (not by us) and vary significantly in tightness of weave, color shades, type of thread, and various slight imperfections. We think the variety adds to their charm! We do check them over for obvious flaws. However, should we miss one, and you find that it is beyond what you are comfortable with, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Please read all of the details in the listing before purchasing. If there is an error on our part, or what is determined to be a defect in the item, we will do our best to accomodate a refund and or exchange (whichever you prefer) at our expense. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, we will gladly process an exchange or refund after the item has been returned (at buyer's expense) and received in the same condition as it left our hands.
